Data Processing Addendum (Draft)

This DPA describes how Elevo processes personal data on behalf of subscribing organizations acting as data controllers.

Scope includes learner account data, assessment activity, interview transcripts, and support-related metadata.

Elevo implements technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to platform risk and deployment context.

Subprocessors are limited to required hosting, communication, and AI infrastructure providers.

Data subject rights support, incident notification, and deletion/return obligations are executed according to contract and law.

This document is a draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before commercial rollout.
